Consists of 3 hour video and Handout - 1 hour test = 4 hours C.E.

Cost: $95.00 Retake Cost: $45.00
Criteria Needed: Two Years Experience and 3,000 Hours of Experience

Radiation Health & Safety Licensure Exam
OSDB Approved
Consists of 100 multiple choice items
Test: 1 and ½ hours

Initial Cost: $110.00 Retake Cost: $55.00
Criteria Needed: Must have completed 7 hour initial Radiography Course
